Holiday Greetings!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year! We’ve enjoyed Thanksgiving and Christmas is upon us, so we must pause to give the LORD thanks and praise for this past year. We are thankful to God for you and extend our Holiday prayers and blessings to you and yours. Let us rejoice in God’s goodness together!
“More in 2024!” has been our annual slogan and constant prayer before the LORD this year, and God was mighty once more to accomplish more this year! More volunteers were trained, more Good News Clubs were conducted, more Good News Parties were hosted, more children were reached with the Good News of Jesus Christ and more partners joined to support the work of CEF Dallas. We anticipate that nearly 6,000 precious children will be reached in 2024! All honor and glory to the LORD.
We look forward to what the LORD will do next year, with our annual slogan “Multiply in ’25!”
We will multiply through Project: Reach Dallas which was announced at our Vision Dinner on October 5th. Our new 3-year strategy will focus on multiplying our ministry specifically in Dallas ISD, the largest school district in North Texas. The LORD is already at work opening new doors, making new connections and putting in place what’s needed. This project will advance the mission to reach even more children.
Our goal for Project: Reach Dallas is to reach 5,000 children in Dallas ISD through 2027. To accomplish this goal we need to multiply our ministry through training new 200 volunteers to host 30 new Good News Clubs and 150 more Good News Parties. Project: Reach Dallas advances through three strategic focus areas:
Mobilizing through a new team in this strategic area. We plan to hire a new Area Coordinator in 2025 tasked with connecting with area churches and recruiting volunteers.
Re-development of our CYIA ministry to train up the next generation of Child Evangelists and host 5 Day Club next Summer. We have already hired a fine young man, Isaiah Fuqua, as our Youth Coordinator.
Advancing through targeted marketing efforts to create awareness and attract new volunteers to join the work so that children are evangelized and discipled in the LORD.
Our goal is to raise $175,000 for Project: Reach Dallas. To start, we were greatly blessed to raise $103,000 at our Vision Dinner. Now we need to close the gap before year end so we can Multiply in’25! We invite you to partner with us through these giving opportunities:
$50/month or $600 supports 3 Good News Parties, so that 60 children hear the Gospel.
$100/month or $1,200 supports 10 children in a Good News Club, so that they can be discipled for Christian living.
$250/month or $3,000 supports the ongoing work of 1 Good News Club, so that 25 children can participate through the school year.
$500/month or $6,000 sponsors 6 youth for CYIA, so that they will be equipped as the next generation of child evangelists.

While we have much to give thanks for, we also have much to pray about.
